Dabake Dabaangg!

Yes, I am writing about a hindi movie! After all why should life be so serious? We achieve nothing by going too deep because "deep" is a relative concept right???
Anyways! Watch 'Dabang'. WATCH IT!
Why? For its lipsmacking dialogue, acting, action, shots, cinematography, on-your-face, i-know-you-will-secretly-love-it choreography :P
It is well made: every scene is diligently created: the dirt on the wash basins which go crashing when Salman bangs the villain's head on them.... and again some irreverent dialogue that even Salman seems to tickle inside with: "itne ched kar doonga ki...." he he!!!
Watch it for the irony of the law and order situation of the country where I can't help wonder if there wasn't some acchaaee in policemen like Chulbhul Pandey (alias Robinhood Pandey), the situation for the poor man is practically left to Fate!
Sonakshi Sinha (i think that's what she's called) looks awesome in the bright shades... the supporting characters add flavour to the movie. Sonu Sood does well as the anti-hero but the most convincing role is still of Salman himself! Amazingly, Dimple carries herself off very well as the UPite mother and Arbaaz is a well rounded 'mand buddhi'. Malaika's thumkas and obsene expressions/gyrations make the best item number i have seen so far :)
On the whole, the movie is like the best tandoori chicken you have ever had: every spice (no matter what quantity it may be added in) adds to the masala and the entire dish is made so well.... so much so that it is 7 hours past having watched the movie and i am still relishing the taste of it!! And you still carry an affinity for the corrupt, yet sensitive dabang Robinhood Pandey and the journey he took.
